
Think back to when you started your real estate career. Did you get your license to be average? According to NAR, the average real estate agent sold less than three homes in 2024 and 49% had zero production.
I believe we can find a better way to remove obstacles in order to provide every real estate agent with an opportunity to build a business that they own that provides a path to success and generational wealth. I am here to challenge the status quo, to replace the 80/20 rule with a business model where 100% of the people in business with me are living a life that until now they could only dream of.
Most of you chose Real Estate as a career path for freedom and unlimited earning potential. You joined a brokerage with a promise of building “a career worth having and a business worth owning” only to learn that this was a promise that was broken to 90% of the agents in the brokerage.
So, why do most real estate agents fail? The answer is simple:
- They were never given a blueprint for building a successful business
- The absence of skill based training
- They were told that 90% of success is mindset
- No accountability to non-negotiable daily standards
- Inferior mentorship and coaching
